Energy Bites


  • 1 cup oats
  • cup ground flax seed
  • cup nut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup mini semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips


  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Roll into bitesize balls or use a cookie scoop/melon baller.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour to set. Freeze to store for later.
