Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Spread olive oil in large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Add bread. Use a weighted press or press firmly with a spatula to get a crisp, crunchy finish.
  • After about 1 minute, flip bread to toast other side.
