Ingredients
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Spread olive oil in large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add bread. Use a weighted press or press firmly with a spatula to get a crisp, crunchy finish.
- After about 1 minute, flip bread to toast other side.
