Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Ingredients
Choose 3 tablespoons of acid
- Lemon juice
- Rice vinegar
- Red wine vinegar
- Sherry vinegar
- Balsamic vinegar
- White wine vinegar
- Cider vinegar
Choose 1/2 cup of oil
- Olive oil
- Canola oil
- Vegetable oil
- Safflower oil
Choose 1/2 tablespoon flavor seasoning
- Herbs
- Spices
- Dijon mustard
- Minced shallots
- Minced garlic
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place selections from each category in a jar or plastic container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well before serving.
