Patients may also benefit from other connections to be made in the community. Consider expanding your program to include Extension 4H programs, parks and recreation departments, churches, community centers, and other local community activities.  

Participants receive branded kitchen tools, a water bottle, and a recipe book to help them be successful with PhytoRx and to remind them of the food-health connection.

• Our pilot programs have utilized participant incentives, delivered weekly either at produce pick-up or a patient education class. The items that we chose are culinary tools and accessories that make meal prep easy to incorporate, even when folks are on the go.
