Sheet Pan Steak & Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt, divided
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 head broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 small purple onion diced
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 lbs sirloin steak (1-inch thick) patted dry

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to broil.
  • Add olive oil and garlic on the baking sheet. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Gently stir to combine and coat surface of baking sheet.
  • Place broccoli, onion, cauliflower and tomatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Season meat with remaining salt and pepper and add to the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Broil until the steak is browned and charred at the edges; about 4 – 5 minutes per side for medium rare, or until desired doneness.
  • Serve immediately.
