Sheet Pan Steak & Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- pepper, to taste
- 1 head broccoli cut into florets
- 1 small purple onion diced
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 lbs sirloin steak (1-inch thick) patted dry
Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Add olive oil and garlic on the baking sheet. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Gently stir to combine and coat surface of baking sheet.
- Place broccoli, onion, cauliflower and tomatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Season meat with remaining salt and pepper and add to the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Broil until the steak is browned and charred at the edges; about 4 – 5 minutes per side for medium rare, or until desired doneness.
- Serve immediately.
