September is National Fruit and Vegetable Month, but really, isn’t the start of every month a great time to make a habit change to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet? If you’re tired of eating the same fruits and veggies the same way, try something new!

We often overestimate the amount of fruits and veggies that we eat, so we suggest a tracker to see if you reach the goal of 5-9 servings every day. Here’s a great tracker to get started and additional resources. A quick search turns up lots of options for printable trackers or digital apps. Choose what works best and most important–fill it out. Suggest a competition among family or friends and make healthier choices together.
